Coordinates equipment deliveries and installations from order through completion. Responsibilities include reviewing orders and timelines, scheduling logistics partners and technicians, tracking shipments and documentation, coordinating demo equipment, resolving delivery issues, confirming site readiness, maintaining records, reviewing invoices, and providing status updates to internal teams, dealers, vendors, and customers.

Designs and delivers complex automated material handling solutions involving conveyors, sortation, pallet handling, AS/RS, robotics, and integrated systems. Responsibilities include customer requirements analysis, system layouts, mechanical drawings, throughput modeling, technical proposals, cost estimates, documentation, supplier coordination, site visits, technical reviews, project support, and mentoring engineers. The role requires deep material handling experience, strong technical writing, knowledge of industrial controls and safety standards, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

The ERP Business Analyst will serve as an internal ERP subject matter expert, analyzing business processes, translating requirements into system solutions, and supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, data quality, documentation, training, and change management. The role will support migration from EBS Next to Microsoft Business Central, develop SQL queries, coordinate with vendors and technical teams, and improve workflows across the organization.

Executive leader responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, market share, customer expansion, and sales organization performance. Oversees new equipment, aftermarket, dock and door, inside sales, business intelligence, and marketing functions. Develops sales strategy, forecasting, performance metrics, customer relationships, marketing direction, and cross-functional alignment while managing P&L and financial results. Requires regional travel and executive-level leadership across a complex industrial sales organization.

Processes ACH, check, and credit card payments; applies payments to invoices; reconciles deposits; submits customer-portal invoices; resolves discrepancies; supports collections, customer onboarding, account setup, and documentation. Communicates with customers and internal teams, identifies credit risks, maintains records, provides phone coverage, and assists with accounting projects. The role requires accurate, organized transactional work onsite five days per week.

Manage customer payments and cash receipts in EBS, monitor aging invoices, perform collections and dispute resolution, apply credits, onboard customers in EBS/Billtrust, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.
