Oversee employee benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, leave, FMLA and ADA accommodations. Design plans, manage vendors, administer retirement plans, ensure compliance (ACA, nondiscrimination testing), run analytics/HRIS workflows and open enrollment, and manage budgets and reporting.

Perform daily stocking and inventory tasks: store and move products, load/unload heavy items, maintain clean and safe work areas, assist customers, and follow safety procedures.

Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations including sales, customer service, inventory, merchandising, cash control, supervising employees, maintaining store appearance, driving sales and meeting profitability goals. Lead staff in the manager's absence and resolve operational and customer issues.
