Lead federal IT financial management for a complex shared-cost portfolio: develop and execute multi-year spend plans, oversee IAA lifecycle, track obligations and accruals, produce MSRs/KPI dashboards, support WCF and audit readiness, reconcile financial data, and maintain SharePoint financial repositories while partnering with Budget, Procurement, and Program Management.

Provide IT governance support for federal IRBs: schedule and run meetings, draft minutes, track actions and budgets, maintain governance documentation, manage SharePoint content, produce KPI and executive presentations, and deliver governance training.

Support federal IT portfolio CPIC processes: develop/validate business cases and investment artifacts, analyze spend plans and EVM data, prepare AARs in AgMAX 2.0, maintain portfolio documentation, support governance reviews and corrective actions, and communicate with stakeholders across IT and leadership.

The Linux Engineer will provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems, manage VMware environments, cloud infrastructure, and develop scripts while following Agile processes.
