Manages shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory flow, transportation, staffing, safety, food safety, and material handling. Oversees warehouse personnel, carrier relationships, shipping documentation, receiving accuracy, inventory reconciliation, equipment purchases, budgets, forklift certification, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with OSHA, regulatory, customer, and company requirements while supporting efficient movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Oversee complex accounting activities, including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, GAAP compliance, audits, budgeting, and forecasting. The role supervises one direct report, mentors junior accounting staff, improves accounting procedures, and supports accurate, timely financial decision-making.
