Perform dealership accounting including posting new and used vehicle deals, reconciling general ledger accounts, bank and manufacturer statements, inventory and floor plans, assisting month/year-end close, reviewing contracts and funding paperwork, and coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Office teams to resolve accounting issues.

Serve customers and service staff by managing parts sales from inquiry through invoicing, sourcing and tracking orders, supporting inventory and warehouse duties, coordinating with Parts Manager for out-of-stock items, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment while adhering to company policies.
