Manage complex, value-based sales cycles, develop executive relationships, align cross-functional teams for project delivery, oversee pricing and proposals, and maintain pipeline visibility in Salesforce. Travel averages ~30%.

Lead FTM sales for utility-scale (5–100MW) energy storage projects. Drive new business with developers, IPPs, co-ops, and municipal utilities; manage complex sales cycles, pricing, financial modeling, CRM pipeline, and cross-functional delivery to meet revenue and growth targets.

Lead multidisciplinary electrical engineering teams for End-of-Life building projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, and personnel; design power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems; produce construction documents in AutoCAD/Revit; perform electrical calculations and field investigations; review shop drawings and support construction administration; mentor junior staff and support business development and client relations.

Lead technical expert for generator (genset) technologies supporting engineering, estimation, and supply chain. Develop standardized, cost-competitive genset solutions for data center and utility markets, guide OEM engagement, support conceptual design, cost estimation, regulatory compliance, and pre-engineered templates to accelerate proposals and scalable EPC execution.

Lead electrical design for microgrids and industrial power systems from concept through commissioning. Create CAD/Revit construction documents, perform SKM/ETAP power system studies (short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash), specify equipment, conduct site assessments, support construction and commissioning, and coordinate with utilities, owners, and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers.
