Lead national behind-the-meter (BTM) sales for distributed energy solutions (microgrids, BESS, generators, electrification). Drive new business, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, oversee pricing and value-based modeling, maintain Salesforce pipeline, collaborate with engineering/operations, and represent the company at industry events. Travel ~30%.

Lead electrical design for microgrids and industrial power systems from concept through commissioning. Create CAD/Revit construction documents, perform SKM/ETAP power system studies (short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash), specify equipment, conduct site assessments, support construction and commissioning, and coordinate with utilities, owners, and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers.
