Lead the Equipment PMO for power distribution and generation programs, establishing PMO governance, supplier coordination, procurement and delivery oversight. Build and manage a team of project managers, standardize equipment solutions, mitigate supply risk, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive execution controls across EPC and energy projects.

Serve as the senior technical authority for power systems analysis, protective relaying design, equipment specification, and renewable integration. Lead advanced modeling (short-circuit, load flow, stability, arc flash), author procurement/spec drawings, review vendor submittals, mentor engineers, and provide limited site support (~10% travel).

Provide strategic and technical leadership for the MEP engineering practice, overseeing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing design. Serve as the primary electrical PE, enforce standards and QA/QC, manage departmental resources and staff development, support business development and proposals, and resolve complex technical issues during design, construction, and commissioning.
