Leads a 24/7 remote monitoring operation covering microgrids, backup power, and EV charging assets. Manages monitoring staff, staffing coverage, incident response, third-party monitoring partners, escalation workflows, KPIs, reporting, SOPs, and continuous improvement. Partners with software and engineering teams on alerting, dashboards, automation, anomaly detection, and self-healing. Coordinates with dispatch, field service, engineering, project management, sales, and clients to maintain uptime and ensure effective incident resolution.

Lead electrical engineering design for microgrids, industrial power systems, and renewable energy integration projects. Design medium- and low-voltage distribution, generation integration, switchgear, and protective systems. Produce CAD and Revit construction documents, perform SKM or ETAP power system studies, develop equipment specifications, and support field assessments, construction administration, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with utilities, clients, procurement, construction teams, and interdisciplinary engineers while ensuring compliance with NEC, IEEE/ANSI, NERC/FERC, and utility requirements.

Leads engineering across multiple transmission and distribution projects as the senior technical authority. Reviews designs, resolves technical issues, assigns work, manages customer engineering relationships, coordinates equipment submittals and procurement, tracks engineering milestones, identifies technical risks, supports proposals, and mentors engineering staff. Works closely with operations, construction, suppliers, and project teams to keep deliverables, billing milestones, change orders, and schedules aligned.
