Supports repair logistics and inventory operations by recording material transactions, receiving and issuing inventory, labeling and counting stock, conducting cycle counts, and shipping materials to domestic, international, and third-party repair locations. The role also prepares shipping paperwork, assists offsite repair stations, and collaborates with internal departments while using business and inventory tracking systems.

Manages connectivity program delivery from inception through field performance, overseeing product quality, development, schedules, action items, costs, staffing, and customer issues. Coordinates cross-functional teams, prepares data and cost justifications, monitors project status, adjusts execution strategies, and represents the company in customer meetings. Supports senior program managers and ensures products and services are delivered on time and to performance standards.

Supports system-level integration of connectivity hardware and software modules. Assists with integration planning, test and verification activities, issue tracking, readiness coordination, technical documentation, risk management, and deployment support. Collaborates with systems, software, hardware, laboratory, supplier, program, and customer-facing teams to prepare environments, track dependencies, resolve issues, and report milestone status.
