Prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, process invoices and non-operated cash receipts, support owner relations inquiries, handle billing/AP/AR tasks, and assist with special departmental projects while following policies and safety procedures.

Supervise and coach AP/JIB staff; review and process accounts payable invoices, joint interest billings, and AR postings; create and reconcile AFEs; perform month-end close in Quorum; prepare payout worksheets and maintain records; support budgeting, new-well JIB setup, vendor onboarding, and reporting to Controller.
