Supervise AP/JIB specialists and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, AFEs, joint interest billings, reconciliations, payouts, month-end close, budgeting support, and well setup. Ensure accurate coding, approvals, payments, vendor setup, regulatory compliance, and timely financial reporting while supporting engineering and corporate finance teams.

Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, billing and accounts receivable records. Supports month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, fixed asset accounting, audits, variance analysis and accounting process improvements. Collaborates with multiple internal departments to resolve issues, handles complex accounting matters independently, and ensures compliance with GAAP and company policies.
