Leads Ratehub’s integrated marketing function across brand, paid acquisition, content, PR, social, CRM, email, partnerships, and cross-sell. Owns marketing strategy, lead generation, profitability, budget allocation, customer engagement, and measurable growth across mortgages, insurance, and everyday banking. Directly manages and develops a multidisciplinary team, collaborates with senior leaders and business units, oversees agencies and partners, and drives brand authority, performance optimization, experimentation, and emerging GEO and AI-search initiatives.

Develop and execute social media strategies for Ratehub and MoneySense across major platforms and online communities. Create, film, edit, publish, and optimize short- and long-form video content, including on-camera appearances. Manage communities, grow audiences, coordinate creator and brand partnerships, support paid social, maintain brand standards, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with editorial, SEO, marketing, PR, design, product, and paid media teams to expand content reach, brand awareness, and financial product engagement.

Lead mortgage and real-estate editorial strategy as Ratehub's subject-matter expert. Produce and maintain timely, accurate content across formats, enforce editorial standards and governance, manage writers and freelancers, incorporate SEO/GEO best practices, and use performance data to drive priorities while collaborating with product, marketing, and data teams.

Set AI-driven personalization vision, prioritize roadmap, define requirements, run cross-functional delivery, optimize funnels via A/B testing and analytics, and own GTM planning to scale a high-growth fintech product.

Provide day-to-day Tier 1 IT support, employee onboarding/offboarding, SaaS user administration, VoIP phone troubleshooting, brokerage tool triage, asset inventory, basic IT project assistance, and compliance or training support in a hybrid fintech environment.
