Requires frequent field travel, strong people leadership, bilingual Portuguese-English fluency, and experience delivering complex socio-environmental or community development programs.

Provides end-user technical support and help desk assistance for a globally distributed workforce. Administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networks, conferencing systems, printers, and softphones. Manages hardware assets, onboarding and offboarding, purchasing support, vendor coordination, and technology projects. Monitors security threats, improves IT processes, supports AI tool adoption, develops documentation, and trains users. The role requires on-site support in Arlington, Virginia.

Leads the design and structuring of an outcome-based finance mechanism for mangrove conservation in Brazil. Manages workplans, contracts, budgets, risks, reporting, consultants, legal partners, community consultations, government engagement, fundraising support, and investor-facing materials. The role provides technical leadership, builds relationships with fisheries stakeholders and academic institutions, publishes research, supports proposals, leads applied science collaboration, and oversees project execution. It also includes team development, capacity building, workflow administration, and approximately 50% travel in an international, cross-cultural environment.

Executes site-level procurement for materials, equipment, and services. Coordinates sourcing, supplier qualification, negotiations, order tracking, delivery, storage, distribution, and inventory control. Maintains procurement documentation, supports audits, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, and reports procurement metrics. Requires strong coordination, negotiation, numerical accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement systems. Travel to field or project sites may be required.

Supports sustainable value chains and community enterprises focused on crab and oyster products. Responsibilities include business planning, infrastructure and equipment planning, regulatory and sanitary compliance, product development, market access, public procurement, financial education, capacity building, partner coordination, field monitoring, data analysis, and donor reporting across coastal communities in Pará and other Brazilian states.
