Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President and Senior Director. Manages calendars, executive travel, meetings, communications, records, expenses, vendors, events, and follow-up activities. Prepares briefing materials, coordinates stakeholders, handles confidential information, supports special projects, and improves Executive Office processes. Requires strong organization, judgment, discretion, communication, and adaptability in a globally distributed environment.

Leads the strategy, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of Fish Forever Philippines programs. Manages program budgets, resources, risks, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, donor communications, and compliance. Provides guidance to program managers, supports fundraising, identifies collaboration opportunities, and drives continuous learning and adaptation. Oversees team performance, coaching, mentoring, and organizational development while ensuring programs achieve high-quality, sustainable outcomes.

Leads the design and structuring of an outcome-based finance mechanism for mangrove conservation in Brazil. Manages workplans, contracts, budgets, risks, reporting, consultants, legal partners, community consultations, government engagement, fundraising support, and investor-facing materials. Coordinates monitoring and verification frameworks, FPIC processes, site selection, stakeholder relationships, and alignment with Brazilian regulatory and environmental systems. The role requires regular domestic field travel and occasional international travel.
