Leads implementation and monitoring of community-based conservation initiatives along Brazil’s Amazon coast. Strengthens local organizations, facilitates community engagement, supports behavior-change and capacity-building activities, coordinates events and field logistics, mentors facilitators, gathers monitoring data, and provides field insights for program strategy. The role requires frequent road and boat travel, strong facilitation and mediation skills, Portuguese fluency, and experience working with traditional or extractive communities.

Provides executive, operational, and strategic coordination support to the Senior Vice President of Innovative Finance. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, executive briefings, stakeholder intelligence, meeting preparation, relationship tracking, reporting deadlines, procurement, event logistics, business development tracking, and special projects. The role requires coordination across global teams, governments, donors, investors, and partners while maintaining confidentiality and improving workflows with productivity and AI tools.

Manages implementation of a coastal conservation program across 13 municipalities. Responsibilities include integrated planning, budgeting, site oversight, monitoring and evaluation, partner and stakeholder management, staff supervision, capacity building, marine governance support, reporting, documentation, and financial administration. The role collaborates with local governments, fisheries organizations, NGOs, and community groups to strengthen marine protected areas, fisheries governance, and sustainable coastal resource management.
