Lead the visual identity and design standards across five hospitality brands. Manage and mentor designers, motion artists, and stop-motion artists; direct graphic design, illustration, motion, retouching, and visual systems; establish brand guidelines and scalable workflows; review creative quality; collaborate with copywriters and the Creative Director; and integrate emerging and AI-enabled creative tools.

Lead marketing and brand strategy across Together Hospitality’s portfolio, managing a 17-person multidisciplinary team. Own annual and quarterly plans, budgets, performance metrics, creative quality, brand identity, commercial growth, and industry relationships. Develop team culture, hire and coach talent, connect marketing investments to footfall, bookings, community growth, and revenue, and represent the group with hospitality, media, and cultural communities.

Leads end-to-end content production across hospitality brands, including shoot planning, pre-production, on-site execution, post-production oversight, vendor coordination, budgeting, and asset management. The role directs creative and technical execution, maintains organized content systems, standardizes production workflows, supports brand and marketing teams, and develops scalable shoot SOPs and playbooks.
