About the Role
We are looking for a highly structured and execution-focused Content Producer / Shoot Manager to lead end-to-end content production across all Together Hospitality brands.
This is a leadership role that owns pre-production, production, post-production workflows, vendor coordination, asset management, and content systems.
This person is not just a coordinator.
They are the production backbone of the company.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
1. Pre-Production Leadership
• Plan monthly and quarterly shoot calendars aligned with marketing strategy
• Build detailed shot lists aligned with brand objectives
• Conduct recce visits and production feasibility checks
• Create mood boards and reference decks for photographers and videographers
• Coordinate internal and external teams before every shoot
• Lock budgets, timelines, crew, equipment requirements
This role must ensure that every shoot starts with clarity, not confusion.
• Lead on-ground execution of shoots across brands
• Direct photographers and videographers to ensure brand alignment
• Supervise lighting setups, framing, white balance, and visual consistency
• Make quick creative calls during production
• Ensure time efficiency and output efficiency
They should be technically strong enough to identify bad lighting or wrong exposure instantly.
• Manage editing timelines and final output delivery
• Review edits for storytelling, pacing, and brand tone
• Ensure formats are platform-ready, reels, ads, menu screens, website
• Maintain final asset approval workflow
They must understand editing software and production pipelines well enough to guide editors effectively.
• Maintain a curated database of photographers, videographers, stylists, editors
• Decide when to deploy internal team vs external specialists
• Negotiate budgets and manage vendor relationships
• Coordinate hospitality logistics during shoots
This role must think like a production head, not just a scheduler.
• Create and maintain structured hard drive mapping systems
• Organize content libraries brand-wise and campaign-wise
• Remove duplicate data and archive systematically
• Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of camera equipment
• Maintain shoot documentation and asset trackers
We need a systems person. No messy folders.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers and Marketing team
• Suggest content ideas that are operationally feasible
• Help smoothen workflows across brands
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency
This person should bring ideas, not just execute instructions.
• Standardize shoot SOPs across brands
• Create repeatable production playbooks
• Explore new formats, new camera tech, new storytelling styles
• Bring structure as we scale new concepts
We are building for the long term. Not random shoots.
• 4-7 years of experience in content production, shoot management, or media production
• Strong technical understanding of cameras, lighting, lenses, framing, color science
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, DaVinci
• Understanding of audio setups, white balance, LUTs, export formats
• Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation skills
• Experience in hospitality or F&B preferred

Skills Required
- 4-7 years of experience in content production, shoot management, or media production
