Work directly with the CEO to own cross-functional, high-priority initiatives end-to-end: launch new business lines, run major partnerships, build board decks and investor materials, install operating cadence, and ensure execution continues smoothly when the founder is unavailable. This is a senior, strategic operating role requiring consulting-grade analysis and startup execution experience, plus deep familiarity with trading-card or collector communities.

Hands-on Growth Marketing Lead running paid channels, performance creative, influencer/content programs, and lifecycle (email/push/in-app). Own attribution, analytics, test velocity, and efficient CAC to drive repeat buyers and profitable growth.

Own and run daily/weekly inventory processes, build and maintain reliable operational dashboards, and design no-code/low-code automations. Leverage AI tools to increase operational efficiency while verifying outputs, eliminate manual tasks across ops and growth, and continually operationalize new AI tooling to support company decisions and scale.

Build and improve Rare Candy's iOS app: implement Swift/SwiftUI features, integrate with GraphQL APIs, fix bugs, raise UI polish, collaborate with product/design/backend, and grow quickly under CTO mentorship to own meaningful product areas.

Build and improve features for Rare Candy's Android app using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Integrate with GraphQL APIs, fix bugs, and raise UI quality. Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers, ship production work, and grow quickly under senior mobile leadership in a fast-moving startup.
