Partner with engineering on technical SEO and lifecycle marketing teams on email, push, segmentation, activation, and retention experiments. Establish production workflows, QA processes, reporting, and weekly performance reviews, with a path to owning activation or retention.

Build and improve Go backend services, GraphQL APIs, relational data models, background jobs, and third-party integrations. Write SQL, automated tests, and production fixes while improving reliability and performance through logs and metrics. Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and frontend engineers to ship collector-facing features. The role requires ownership, clear communication, fast learning, and comfort working in a small, rapidly changing startup environment.

Build and improve responsive collector-facing web applications using React and TypeScript. Integrate GraphQL APIs, create reusable accessible components, own features from planning through production, investigate bugs, improve performance, write tests, and collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers in a fast-moving startup.

Build and improve internal operations tools supporting warehouse, inventory, logistics, and the Instapacks business.
