Administers and supports Salesforce and other business systems, managing users, permissions, reporting, dashboards, data loads, testing, issue resolution, process improvements, automation, and system feature adoption. Partners with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions and provide analytics that inform decisions. This is a temporary, full-time remote U.S. position expected to last approximately six months.

Leads FP&A and revenue operations analytics for a SaaS business, including financial modeling, forecasting, KPI reporting, dashboards, data normalization, systems integration, acquisition integration, and strategic insights. The role partners across the organization to improve financial data infrastructure, automate reporting, optimize Adaptive Insights, and support executive, board, investor, and banking decisions.

Build and lead Raptor’s Deal Desk function, establishing scalable policies, approval workflows, service levels, and playbooks for complex SaaS transactions. Review pricing, discounts, contracts, renewals, amendments, billing, and commercial exceptions while coordinating Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue, Customer Success, and Business Systems. Own Deal Desk workflows in RevCloud and Salesforce, improve quote-to-cash processes, protect data integrity, support procurement escalations, and drive automation and cross-functional accountability.
