Develop responsive, production-ready email templates and related digital assets. Work with designers, PMs and tech leads to implement HTML/CSS/JS (including animations), ensure cross-client compatibility, QA in Litmus, optimize performance, and mentor other email developers.

Lead and mentor data analysts while remaining hands-on: define analytics strategy, maintain technical documentation and tracking, provide consultancy to teams and partners, run training, ensure correct data tracking and reporting, and answer ad-hoc data questions.

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to measure digital campaign performance, identify trends and causal impact, run experiments, build predictive models, and create visualizations and dashboards to inform business decisions.
