Lead cloud migrations from on-prem SQL Server, implement Medallion/Lakehouse architectures, ensure data quality and performance tuning, collaborate with analysts and data scientists, and mentor junior staff.

Provide systems analysis and technical support for Accounting and Land applications (Quorum). Gather and write functional requirements, design business solutions, coordinate testing and implementation, train end users, query SQL databases, create reports (SSRS/Power BI), and provide post-implementation support while collaborating with users, developers, and vendors.

Provide installation, configuration, maintenance, support, training, and documentation for enterprise GIS systems. Perform geoprocessing, ETL, automation (ModelBuilder/FME/Python), manage ArcGIS Server/Enterprise and SDE databases, create web map services, collaborate on projects, and deliver end-user training and vendor coordination.
