Analyze leases, title opinions, agreements and land documents to create and amend divisions of interest for billing and revenue disbursements. Set up and maintain revenue, JIB, and take-in-kind decks; manage transfers, suspense/escheat items, and audits; ensure SOX compliance; mentor junior analysts; run queries/reports and coordinate with land, owner relations, and operations.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure and ETL/ELT pipelines (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric). Lead cloud migrations from on-prem SQL Server, implement Medallion/Lakehouse architectures, ensure data quality and performance tuning, collaborate with analysts and data scientists, and mentor junior staff.

Provide installation, configuration, maintenance, support, training, and documentation for enterprise GIS systems. Perform geoprocessing, ETL, automation (ModelBuilder/FME/Python), manage ArcGIS Server/Enterprise and SDE databases, create web map services, collaborate on projects, and deliver end-user training and vendor coordination.
