Entry-level field technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, calibrating, and documenting instrumentation, controls, communications, and power systems on well pads. Monitor SCADA, perform ESD tests, respond to anomalies (on-call rotation), repair/replace transmitters and RTU electronics, and develop RTU/PLC code changes. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and coordinate with engineering, production, gas control, and SCADA teams.

Manage end-to-end payroll in a multi-state environment using ADP Workforce, administer ADP Etime timekeeping, process biweekly payroll, 401(k) and deferred comp contributions, year-end W-2s, garnishments, and payroll reporting. Serve as liaison to vendors and auditors, produce custom reports, ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and lead process improvements and system implementations.

Sell Range's natural gas production by developing strategic Midwest customer relationships, negotiating contracts, optimizing pipeline capacity and transportation, meeting monthly/seasonal volume targets, and providing market analysis to leadership. Requires regular travel and cross-team communication.
