Supports enterprise architecture, technology modernization, and governance initiatives. Elicits and manages complex business and technical requirements, develops capability models, performs gap and impact analyses, maintains traceability, creates architecture artifacts, and prepares evidence-based recommendations. Collaborates with architects, technical specialists, business stakeholders, project leaders, and vendors across Agile delivery environments.

Supports enterprise architecture, technology modernization, and architecture governance initiatives. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, capability modeling, traceability, current- and future-state architecture development, gap and impact analysis, governance support, stakeholder facilitation, and evidence-based recommendations. The role collaborates with business and technical teams to produce architecture artifacts, solution plans, standards, and decision-support materials.

Leads the design and engineering of AWS cloud-native application components. Develops prototypes, writes Python and JavaScript, evaluates AWS service alternatives, establishes architecture patterns, reviews code, coaches development teams, and documents standards. Requires large-scale application design experience, AWS development expertise, familiarity with databases, APIs, containers, CI/CD, Agile practices, and data protection policies. The role is remote with EST work hours and requires a bachelor’s degree.

Develops and maintains enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, standards, models, and governance processes. Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders and Solution Architects to design integrated solutions aligned with enterprise, SOA, and software engineering patterns. Leads architecture reviews, evaluates technical options, supports proof-of-concept efforts, and ensures solutions meet strategic objectives, security standards, and Medicaid enterprise requirements.
