Lead enterprise architecture efforts across business and IT to design, evaluate, and implement EA, data architecture, and governance. Collaborate with solution architects on integration, SOA, standards adoption, and secure identity/access patterns. Support roadmaps, proofs-of-concept, and ensure solutions align with Medicaid/Health and Human Services requirements.

Lead design and implementation of 100% AWS cloud-native application components, build solution prototypes, write high-quality Python and JavaScript code, coach developers, perform code reviews, and capture architecture best practices.

Design and implement AWS cloud-native data architectures for Medicaid/Medicare domains, create canonical models and metadata strategy, produce conceptual/logical/physical data models, map data formats (X12, FHIR, JSON/XML), support data governance, and collaborate with architects, DBAs, and business owners to ensure interoperable, secure, and compliant data solutions.

Lead enterprise architecture design and governance across the Medicaid/Health and Human Services domain. Develop EA artifacts, data management and governance strategies, define high-level solution architectures, ensure conformance with EA and SOA patterns, and drive standards, tools adoption and proofs of concept while collaborating with solution teams.
