Build prefabricated bathroom pods from framing through finish fit-out in an offsite manufacturing facility. Perform carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, and basic fixture/trim work. Read blueprints/isometrics, follow OSHA and safety protocols, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and meet physical demands (lift 50 lbs+).

Oversee construction site safety: train and orient personnel, perform daily audits, report and investigate incidents, run toolbox meetings, implement training, and ensure documentation and MVRs for crane operators.

Review electrical and multidisciplinary construction documents to validate quantities, identify design conflicts and constructability issues, produce takeoffs, RFIs, design-analysis reports, and change-order support. Coordinate with estimating, BIM/VDC, field teams, vendors, and engineers to mitigate financial and schedule risk and ensure scope alignment prior to bidding and during construction.

Lead and coordinate electrical field operations for commercial construction projects across Central Florida. Oversee foremen and electricians, manage workforce planning, schedules, safety, quality, materials, and subcontractors from preconstruction through closeout. Conduct site visits, enforce NEC and OSHA compliance, drive productivity metrics, mentor field leaders, and support estimating and project closeout activities.

Lead on-site electrical crews for commercial construction projects: plan and coordinate daily work, install and troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC, read blueprints, oversee testing/commissioning, enforce safety, mentor journeymen and apprentices, track progress using construction software, and coordinate with project stakeholders to meet schedule and quality standards.

Lead and supervise daily field electrical operations on commercial projects in Orlando/Central Florida. Manage crews, schedules, manpower, quality, code compliance (NEC), safety, inspections, and project documentation. Coordinate with project leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors, mentor field personnel, and support commissioning, punch lists, and closeout activities.
