Oversee commercial construction site safety: conduct orientations, daily safety audits, incident reporting and investigations, lead toolbox meetings and required training, coordinate with safety and project management, and ensure compliance with site safety programs and documentation.

Manufacture and fit prefabricated bathroom pods from framing through finish. Perform carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, basic plumbing/electrical fixture installation, read blueprints, follow safety protocols, and work on-site in a manufacturing/jobsite environment.

Oversee safety for commercial construction and offsite manufacturing projects: conduct site audits, train personnel, report and investigate incidents, run toolbox meetings, implement training programs, and ensure compliance with site safety policies and documentation.
