Reviews multidisciplinary construction documents, electrical designs, specifications, proposals, quantities, and installation methods to identify conflicts, scope gaps, cost exposure, and constructability risks. Validates takeoffs and calculations, supports RFIs and change orders, coordinates with estimating, engineering, BIM/VDC, project management, and field teams, and prepares risk analyses, bid-leveling reports, and technical recommendations for commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.

Manufacture prefabricated bathroom pods from framing through finish fit-out completion. Responsibilities include carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, and fixture installation. Workers must read blueprints and isometric drawings, follow PPE and OSHA safety requirements, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain quality and accuracy, and perform physically demanding work including lifting at least 50 pounds.

Build prefabricated bathroom pods from framing through finish fit-out in an offsite manufacturing facility. Perform carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, and basic fixture/trim work. Read blueprints/isometrics, follow OSHA and safety protocols, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and meet physical demands (lift 50 lbs+).
