Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, ledgers; prepare and analyze financial statements; manage budgeting, forecasting, audits; implement policies; supervise staff; provide financial insights to church leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Part-time coordinator supporting daily operations and student services for international students: onboarding, admissions support, documentation tracking, host-family coordination, cultural programming, and liaison work between students, families, and school staff to enhance integration and program growth.

Supports preschool leadership by overseeing daily operations, curriculum, staff supervision, enrollment, and Title 22 compliance. Manages family communication, staff development, emergency response, events, and social media/marketing; models Christian values and participates in school activities to maintain a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment.

Provide vision and leadership to develop a K-12 STEM Academy, teach four secondary math sections, build aligned robotics and STEM clubs (First Lego League, Science Olympiad), manage budgets/resources, coordinate with faculty, marketing, and counselors, and expand the program into a regional, administratively-led academy.
