Assist lead or extended care teacher in implementing a Christian preschool program, supervising children, maintaining a safe developmentally appropriate classroom, preparing snacks per Title 22, participating in chapels and events, attending trainings, and meeting health and background clearance requirements.

Supports preschool leadership by overseeing daily operations, curriculum, staff supervision, enrollment, and Title 22 compliance. Manages family communication, staff development, emergency response, events, and social media/marketing; models Christian values and participates in school activities to maintain a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment.

Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and spiritual, physical, and mental well-being. Lead scheduled activities (before/after school care, dropoff/pickup, playground, lunch, special day camps), follow policies, communicate with parents and staff about incidents, attend training, maintain equipment, and support the Enrichment team.
