Greet visitors, manage front desk communications and scheduling, handle mail and office supplies, provide administrative support (typing, copying, faxing), assist with meetings/events, and maintain accurate records in the firms systems.

Manage HR operations including timekeeping, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, employee records, reporting, audits, and process improvements. Serve as a key resource for employees and managers and support compliance, system integrations, and vendor collaboration.

Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from post-intake through settlement: organize files, track deadlines, draft demands and correspondence, communicate with clients/adjusters/providers, review medical records, conduct legal research, coordinate scheduling, and maintain case management system records to support attorneys and settlement preparation.

Manage personal injury litigation from intake through settlement or trial: investigate claims, develop strategies, draft and argue motions, conduct discovery and depositions, prepare experts, represent clients in hearings and trials, and maintain case management and compliance.
