Lead Raison's brand, narrative, and content from scratch. Define visual and editorial identity, produce thought leadership, run content and demand-generation campaigns, own website/SEO, and align marketing with GTM to generate qualified leads.

Work directly with the CEO and CTO on go-to-market, growth, product, learner analytics, design-partner onboarding, user research, and internal operations. Support meeting prep, documentation, and execution of strategic priorities to help the company scale.

Lead end-to-end UX design and user research for an AI-native learning product. Design interfaces and prototypes, maintain the design system, run qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize insights, and shape product strategy with founders and engineers.

Lead Raison's go-to-market and operations: design and execute GTM for universities and online training providers, own full sales cycle, develop messaging and partnerships, build outbound tech stack, coordinate product feedback, and create operational structure to support founders.
