The Founding Business Development Representative will build Raison’s outbound pipeline through personalized LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach. They will identify companies with AI adoption signals, reach transformation and executive decision-makers, qualify opportunities, book meetings for the Account Executive and founders, and provide market feedback to refine targeting and messaging. This early commercial hire will work closely with leadership and is expected to grow toward an Account Executive role.

Lead user research and product design for an AI learning platform used in Microsoft Teams and Slack. Conduct field research, synthesize user insights, design enterprise dashboards, expert consoles, conversational experiences, and adaptive AI workflows, and maintain the design system. Partner closely with AI engineers to ship and test features across enterprise and higher-education deployments. The role requires strong autonomy, visual and interaction design craft, and fluency in French and English.

Lead Raison's go-to-market and operations: design and execute GTM for universities and online training providers, own full sales cycle, develop messaging and partnerships, build outbound tech stack, coordinate product feedback, and create operational structure to support founders.

Work directly with the CEO and CTO on go-to-market, growth, product, learner analytics, design-partner onboarding, user research, and internal operations. Support meeting prep, documentation, and execution of strategic priorities to help the company scale.
