Drive Rain's mid-enterprise sales pipeline: prospect, qualify, and close deals with C-level stakeholders. Present complex fintech/HR solutions, manage sales lifecycle, maintain market knowledge, and build strategic customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Lead the Core Services squad to design and implement scalable distributed microservices for ledger, billing, repayments and reconciliation. Translate product requirements into technical solutions, build integrations and REST APIs, enforce observability and CI/CD, create reusable libraries, maintain docs, and drive system performance and cross-team alignment.

Design, build, and maintain backend microservices and RESTful APIs; integrate with third-party vendors; ensure scalability, observability, and reliability; own technical architecture, CI/CD, and documentation; optimize databases and message-driven systems.

Set technical direction and architecture for backend systems and API integrations in a distributed microservices fintech platform. Design and implement reliable, highly available RESTful APIs, build third-party integrations, enforce observability and CI/CD best practices, optimize performance and scalability, produce technical documentation, and mentor engineers to raise engineering quality.

Build, train, deploy, and monitor ML and agentic models for credit risk, forecasting, and personalized recommendations. Run end-to-end experiments (feature engineering, model selection, A/B testing), create scalable production pipelines, collaborate with product and engineering, and communicate model behavior to stakeholders.

Lead and own end-to-end product and marketing design across mobile app, employer web portal, and admin tools. Maintain and scale the design system, drive new initiatives (AI assistant, card products, lending, PFM), direct marketing and motion design, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM, and grow the design team.

Lead a multidisciplinary Core Services engineering squad to design and operate distributed microservices for ledgers, balances, billing, and repayments. Translate product requirements into technical solutions, build integrations and REST APIs, enforce observability, maintain docs, improve performance and scalability, and drive CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Design, build, and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and EKS clusters using Terraform/Terragrunt. Improve CI/CD (GitLab CI), observability (Prometheus/Grafana), and Kafka operations. Drive IaC best practices, respond to incidents, lead post-mortems, and collaborate with security and backend teams to ensure reliable, secure platform operations.
