Provide specialist technical pensions support: produce and review benefit calculations, investigate complex queries, analyse pension data and reports, support projects and regulatory changes, contribute to process improvements, and ensure accuracy and compliance across member services.

Support Railpen’s organisational resilience by developing and improving business continuity, operational resilience, supplier resilience, crisis preparedness, risk management and governance capabilities. Write, edit and improve member-focused content using insight, stakeholder collaboration and accessibility/plain English standards, and monitor performance to iterate communications.

Provide first-class front-of-house, security, and administrative support for a corporate office. Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-in and access control, coordinate hospitality and meeting support, maintain meeting rooms and office standards, handle correspondence and deliveries, and support site security and facilities processes to ensure a safe, welcoming workplace.

Three-month Communications Manager secondment to own day-to-day external communications for building-safety projects. Produce leaseholder/resident and project communications, translate complex updates into clear, empathetic messaging, manage sign-offs, maintain a communications tracker, coordinate stakeholders and contractors, and respond calmly to sensitive or time-critical issues.

Create clear, accessible multi-channel member communications and campaigns that simplify complex pension information. Write, edit and improve content for email, web, video and print; use insight and performance data to optimise communications; work with subject experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, accessibility and alignment with content standards.

Lead and deliver change projects across the organisation, ensuring adherence to Railpen's Change Management approach and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan, drive timely, auditable delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, influence senior leaders, and manage front/middle/back office change with strong controls and stakeholder engagement.

Lead mobilisation, stabilisation and embedding of a new DC pension administration team. Maintain and improve service performance, controls and SLAs; provide hands-on leadership, coaching and knowledge transfer; manage reconciliations, contributions, transfers, retirement and ill-health claims, bereavement, divorce orders, complaints and escalations; drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement; transition day-to-day leadership to an existing manager.

Join the Change & Transformation team to analyse business processes, gather and define requirements, and support end-to-end delivery of investment-focused change and data projects. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams during system implementations and data transformation initiatives across middle and back office functions (IBoR, trade support). Lead workshops, challenge current ways of working, and ensure solutions align to business needs and technical capabilities.
