Lead internal communications for the AI@Railpen change programme. Develop and deliver AI-focused engagement strategies and campaigns, translate complex technical topics for colleagues, advise senior stakeholders, partner with project teams, use data to measure impact, and align messaging with organisational purpose and values to drive awareness, confidence and adoption of AI.

Lead communications and engagement for major change programmes: create and deliver strategies, translate complex changes into clear messaging, run campaigns, partner with project teams, advise stakeholders, and use data to evaluate and improve adoption.

Lead portfolio-level PMO activities for change and transformation: govern and monitor projects, manage reporting, identify/escalate RAIDs and dependencies, provide analysis, improve PMO processes and governance, and support stakeholder decision-making across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The Project Manager will oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to change management policies and collaboration with stakeholders in the financial services industry to meet strategic goals.

Lead the responsible adoption of AI across the organisation by establishing AI governance, risk management and assurance frameworks. Advise project teams, integrate AI risk into broader governance, and build organisational capability to ensure AI is deployed transparently, securely and in line with risk appetite.
