The role requires strong judgment, stakeholder influence, strategic thinking and experience operating in complex organizations.

Lead end-to-end thematic compliance monitoring reviews across pensions and asset management, including planning, documentation, reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk escalation, and action follow-up. Support the broader compliance monitoring plan and ad-hoc reviews while ensuring regulatory alignment, quality, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong knowledge of UK pensions, The Pensions Regulator, FCA rules, governance, administration, and member communications.
