Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI opportunities across Railpen. Own the AI and innovation use-case roadmap, assess emerging technologies and vendors, conduct build-versus-buy analysis, coordinate proofs of concept, and support responsible deployment into production. Partner with business, technical, data, and external stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility, govern initiatives, and deliver measurable organizational value.

Support the management and implementation of institutional client portfolios, ensuring alignment with risk and investment requirements. Responsibilities include pooled fund trading, portfolio transitions, liquidity and collateral management, LDI oversight, illiquid asset pacing, client reporting, and committee documentation. The role also leads process improvements using automation, coding, and AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with investment, operations, risk, and advisory teams.

Leads Finance Operations strategy, operating model, payments and banking, controls, governance, resilience, and transformation. Optimizes Workday and finance processes through standardization, automation, and emerging technologies including AI. Oversees banking suppliers, cross-functional change, operational risk, and business continuity while building a scalable and efficient function. Manages and develops a high-performing team and partners across Finance, Technology, and Change & Transformation to deliver measurable improvements.
