Lead transition and operational readiness for a major 12-month pension transformation, owning integrated transition plans, cutover, asset transfer/reconciliation, readiness rehearsals, go-live criteria, risk management, training, communications and hypercare to ensure controlled, minimally disruptive transfer to the future operating model.

Create clear, accessible multi-channel member communications and campaigns that simplify complex pension information. Write, edit and improve content for email, web, video and print; use member insight and performance data to optimise journeys; work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, accessibility and alignment with content standards.

The Project Manager will oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to change management policies and collaboration with stakeholders in the financial services industry to meet strategic goals.
