Supports business requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, project documentation, governance, and testing preparation across change initiatives. The role works with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify improvements and communicate decisions. It is designed for an early-career professional developing Business Analysis capability through coaching, practical experience, and ownership of lower-complexity analysis activities.

Leads the Project Management capability across Change & Transformation by managing, coaching, and developing Project Managers. Owns project management standards, methodologies, frameworks, development pathways, and AI-enabled practices. Builds a professional community, supports resource deployment and succession planning, drives consistent governance, and uses performance insights to improve delivery practice. The role influences stakeholders across a matrix organisation and strengthens project management capability rather than directly delivering individual projects.

Leads PMO governance, assurance, planning, reporting, portfolio controls and executive insights across complex change initiatives. The role manages integrated plans, dependencies, risks, benefits, resources and investment decisions; facilitates governance forums; conducts assurance reviews; improves PMO standards and AI-enabled practices; and coaches or line-manages PMO colleagues.
