Own monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across HPC applications, schedulers, networks, storage, and hardware. Build automated solutions and support research, trading, and enterprise infrastructure. Coordinate vendors, business interfaces, and internal teams on connectivity upgrades, hardware refreshes, exchange upgrades, and infrastructure rollouts. Lead projects end to end while maintaining reliable, high-performance systems.

Designs, deploys, operates, and optimizes low-latency research, enterprise, and trading networks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network, hardware, cabling, and optics issues; developing Python automation and monitoring tools; maintaining networking standards; ensuring scalability and reliability; and guiding teams on networking protocols and infrastructure strategy.

Designs and executes analytics, research, tools, and processes that optimize business performance across research, technology, and operations. Acts as an internal consultant, product manager, and strategist, taking ideas from proof of concept through production-scale implementation. The role requires identifying business-impact drivers, improving processes and communication, explaining complex issues, and delivering durable solutions across a quantitative trading firm.

Develop and improve live trading systems, research infrastructure, automated strategies, alpha-generation processes, and machine-learning research and simulation platforms. The role involves writing production software primarily in C++, solving complex algorithmic and numerical problems, designing distributed systems, working within large codebases, and deploying software used to analyze petabytes of data.

Support AFM and DNB compliance frameworks, monitor Dutch and EU regulatory developments, conduct compliance reviews and control assessments, advise trading and technology teams on regulatory risks, assist with filings and regulator communications, maintain records, and deliver compliance training.

Conduct quantitative research to identify trading opportunities and develop trading strategies. Analyze financial datasets using statistical and probabilistic methods, distinguish signal from noise, and investigate market dynamics and microstructure. Build and use research frameworks, apply coding skills in languages such as C++ and Python, and collaborate across projects to improve the firm’s trading capabilities and profitability.
