Analyzes business operations and development opportunities for a research-driven trading firm. Builds dashboards, predictive models, automation scripts, and data tools to support decisions. Mines and organizes data from systems such as accounting platforms and GitLab, improves business processes and communication, and coordinates with partners and vendors on compliance and trading operations.

Own monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across HPC applications, schedulers, networks, storage, and hardware. Build automated solutions and support research, trading, and enterprise infrastructure. Coordinate vendors, business interfaces, and internal teams on connectivity upgrades, hardware refreshes, exchange upgrades, and infrastructure rollouts. Lead projects end to end while maintaining reliable, high-performance systems.

Designs, deploys, operates, and optimizes low-latency research, enterprise, and trading networks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network, hardware, cabling, and optics issues; developing Python automation and monitoring tools; maintaining networking standards; ensuring scalability and reliability; and guiding teams on networking protocols and infrastructure strategy.
