Builds firmwide AI infrastructure and production-grade generative AI applications, including agentic workflows using RAG, semantic search, planning, and structured outputs. The role develops evaluation harnesses, guardrails, approval workflows, tool-use controls, source attribution, and kill switches while optimizing reasoning quality, retrieval accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and user experience. It also evaluates foundational and open-weight models for enterprise use.

Analyzes business operations and development opportunities for a research-driven trading firm. Builds dashboards, predictive models, automation scripts, and data tools to support decisions. Mines and organizes data from systems such as accounting platforms and GitLab, improves business processes and communication, and coordinates with partners and vendors on compliance and trading operations.

Own monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across HPC applications, schedulers, networks, storage, and hardware. Build automated solutions and support research, trading, and enterprise infrastructure. Coordinate vendors, business interfaces, and internal teams on connectivity upgrades, hardware refreshes, exchange upgrades, and infrastructure rollouts. Lead projects end to end while maintaining reliable, high-performance systems.
