Greet and assist guests, answer and route calls, perform front desk administrative tasks (mail, shipping, supplies), maintain professionalism and confidentiality, recognize and report suspected fraud, and prioritize customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as primary client contact for commercial insurance accounts: handle policy changes, renewals, claims support, risk reviews, and issue COIs/binders while maintaining proactive communication with customers and carrier partners.

Provide day-to-day operational support at the Norwell MA headquarters, using strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills. Handle conversations tactfully, maintain high energy and professionalism across email, phone, and face-to-face interactions, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
