Support day-to-day accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, month- and year-end closes, financial statement preparation, VAT/tax filings, and client reporting using Tally/Zoho and Excel.

Advise clients on mainland, freezone, and offshore company formation; manage documentation, licensing, and regulatory compliance; develop and execute business strategies; maintain client portfolios and CRM, monitor UAE law and policy changes, and provide regular project updates and reports to ensure client satisfaction and successful setup.

Provide business setup and advisory services for clients in UAE Free Zone, Mainland and Offshore. Develop business plans, manage CRM, generate leads, meet KPI targets, support banking and compliance services, and collaborate with marketing to identify market opportunities and support client launches.

Coordinate and oversee business setup and compliance processes, manage documentation and stakeholder liaison, track project timelines and deliverables, maintain records and prepare operational reports, and handle client communications to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Administer and optimize Zoho CRM: configure modules, fields, workflows, and automations; maintain data accuracy and security; build dashboards and reports; support sales operations; integrate with other apps and troubleshoot issues; train users and improve CRM-driven processes.

Advise clients on UAE mainland, freezone, and offshore company formation; manage end-to-end setup including documentation, licensing, and compliance; develop business strategies; maintain client portfolio, CRM, and project reporting while staying current on regulatory changes.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, and specialist roles: source, screen, interview, close hires; build talent pipelines via job boards, social media, universities and partners; coordinate interviews, ensure UAE labour law compliance, maintain talent database and reporting, represent the company at events, and support onboarding.
