Own vendor evaluations for secure AI tooling, mentor engineers, coordinate with software teams, ensure Databricks-based integrations and dashboards meet ITAR/EAR compliance, and act as a hands-on technical leader.

Design and implement DOE/NRC-compliant operational procedures and interfaces for portable microreactors. Qualify as an operator, collaborate with engineers on HMI and software tools, support simulator and digital twin testing, and refine hardware-in-the-loop procedures to ensure safe, efficient commissioning and operations.

Lead development and execution of cybersecurity strategy, policies, audits, and control testing. Partner with engineering and IT to integrate security requirements, advise regulators, and manage security budgets and resources. Educate stakeholders and implement high-assurance controls for nuclear, defense, and critical infrastructure environments.

Design and develop mechanisms for safety and control features in the new commercial reactor. Conduct trade studies, analyze designs, and manage integration processes.

Hands-on role assembling, integrating, and preparing turbomachinery hardware (compressors, turbines, rotors, bearings, seals, motors) for first-article testing. Develop assembly instructions, alignment and torque procedures, support rotor stacking, balancing, and tooling. Collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing teams, document builds, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on assembly processes while receiving mentorship and growing technical skills.

Own end-to-end delivery of portable nuclear microreactor projects from contract award through site delivery. Manage regulatory, engineering, permitting, interconnection, schedules, budgets, contract compliance, government/commercial stakeholder interfaces, and programmatic risk. Establish program processes, reporting, and integrated master schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting to source, assess, and close top talent across technical and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategies, develop structured processes, drive proactive sourcing and employer branding, represent Radiant at events, and use data to improve recruitment outcomes.

Support design, build, and maintenance of NI PXI-based HIL test benches. Configure test hardware, integrate with Digital Twin, execute test procedures, collect and document data, troubleshoot hardware, and assist senior engineers with electrical integration and harness assembly.

The Senior Test Engineer will develop and enhance operational procedures for nuclear microreactor testing, ensuring compliance and efficiency while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Lead legislative affairs, engage with Congress, shape policy for advanced nuclear systems deployment, and develop congressional strategy supporting federal programs.
