Leads daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory accounting, internal controls, and audit support. Manages GAAP compliance, accounting systems and process improvements, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors junior accounting staff. The role is fully onsite in El Segundo and may require extended hours or weekends.

Designs, configures, integrates, and supports ERP finance modules across accounting, FP&A, treasury, procurement, and tax. Responsibilities include ERP configuration, system integrations, SQL reporting, data migration, Tier 2/3 support, financial close support, release testing, SOX controls, audit support, documentation, and process automation. The role requires collaboration between Finance and IT to deliver accurate, scalable, and compliant systems.

Leads deterministic reactor safety analyses for normal, transient, and accident conditions. Develops thermal-hydraulic, fuel performance, source-term, radiological consequence, uncertainty, and sensitivity models. Collaborates across engineering, testing, materials, and regulatory teams to validate models, resolve technical issues, establish safety requirements, and support reactor design, licensing, testing, and regulatory documentation for an advanced portable microreactor.
