Own Radiant's external media presence: build reporter and podcaster relationships, secure executive bookings and feature coverage, coordinate investor amplification, prepare spokespeople, manage crisis communications, monitor competitors, and report media metrics.

Develop and govern design standards, requirements, and verification methodologies for mass-produced portable nuclear reactors. Provide design review oversight, approve qualification test campaigns, guide engineers through requirement-driven design processes, and ensure hardware meets Radiant standards across design, manufacturing, testing, and operations.

Design and implement DOE/NRC-compliant operational procedures for reactor operators, qualify as an operator, and collaborate with engineers to improve operator interfaces, digital twin scenarios, and human-machine interfaces. Support testing, hardware- and software-in-the-loop procedures, and iterative improvements to ensure safe, efficient commissioning, testing, and operations of portable nuclear microreactors.
