Lead and grow the electrical engineering team for Kaleidos microreactor test infrastructure and system integration. Own electrical/software integration across power distribution, signal conditioning, sensors, actuators, and device simulation. Manage schedule, budget, vendors, validation strategy, test procedures, and cross-functional alignment with embedded, controls, software, and mechanical teams. Oversee test infrastructure build-out, lead design reviews, and drive hardware bring-up, testing, and commissioning toward 2028 deployment.

Supports the design, modeling, analysis, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, components, hardware, and instrumentation for portable nuclear microreactors. Collaborates with mechanical, software, and nuclear engineering teams; contributes to schematics, documentation, technical reports, laboratory work, and prototyping.

Assist with tooling for simulation software and contribute to internal products supporting simulation and analysis results. The role requires a software-related degree, familiarity with object-oriented programming in languages such as Python, C++, or C#, and basic software development and Git knowledge. Candidates should be graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027. Interest in simulation tools, software testing, distributed development, and hardware or physics is encouraged.
