Manages addiction and substance use services, front office operations, staff performance, training, and development. Ensures high-quality, evidence-based care, regulatory and accreditation compliance, HIPAA adherence, and continuous quality improvement. Oversees client scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and customer relations support while maintaining a welcoming, client-centered environment.

Provides non-clinical access support for behavioral health clients, including registration, insurance and eligibility verification, scheduling, payment collection, financial-assistance applications, referrals, follow-up, documentation, and resource navigation. Resolves administrative barriers, explains processes clearly, protects confidentiality, and connects clients with appropriate clinical, crisis, financial, or community services while following payer, privacy, cash-handling, and access workflows.

Leads employee experience strategy across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, feedback, engagement, retention, leadership support, workforce planning, and offboarding. Designs and improves employee journey processes, analyzes workforce metrics, maintains dashboards, coordinates surveys and interviews, and presents actionable recommendations to leadership. Partners with HR, operations, and clinical leaders to strengthen workforce stability and employee engagement.

Supervise and mentor peer support specialists delivering recovery-oriented assistance during mobile crisis responses. Oversee crisis de-escalation, client advocacy, follow-up, community referrals, scheduling, documentation, compliance, training, and program evaluation. Collaborate with mental health professionals, law enforcement, and community partners while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Participate in an on-call rotation and provide weekly peer supervision.

Provides peer-based support to individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use challenges on an Assertive Community Treatment team. Builds trusting relationships, shares lived recovery experience, supports coping skills and relapse prevention, promotes self-determination, conducts community outreach, responds to emergencies, documents services, and follows ACT guidelines.

Provide on-site peer support to individuals in mental health and addiction crises using lived experience. Teach and reinforce coping skills, recovery strategies, and wellness tools. Deliver immediate assistance in community settings and collaborate with therapists and crisis team members to support recovery and safety.

Provide recovery-focused, peer-to-peer support by building trusting relationships, setting recovery goals, teaching coping skills, connecting clients to community resources, advocating in treatment meetings, supporting employment/education, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
