Provide recovery-focused, peer-to-peer support by building trusting relationships, setting recovery goals, teaching coping skills, connecting clients to community resources, advocating in treatment meetings, supporting employment/education, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Provide individualized skills training and support to youth, families, and adults in homes, schools, and community settings; develop training plans, run one-on-one and group sessions, document progress, coordinate with caregivers and providers, and connect clients to community resources.

The Peer Support Specialist provides compassionate support and peer counseling to individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges, using personal experiences to guide and encourage them on their recovery journey.

Supervise and develop Peer Support Specialists and Skills Trainers, manage daily operations of Radiant House, coordinate with clinical teams, facilitate groups, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor outcomes, and build community partnerships to support recovery.

Provide on-site peer support to individuals in mental health and addiction crises using lived experience. Teach and reinforce coping skills, recovery strategies, and wellness tools. Deliver immediate assistance in community settings and collaborate with therapists and crisis team members to support recovery and safety.

The RN will provide nursing care, assess client needs, monitor medications, and support clients with mental illness and substance use in a community setting.

Lead Radiant Health's brand strategy and community engagement. Manage brand voice, social media, website, and storytelling efforts. Create relatable content, measure performance, sustain community and partner relationships, and support promotion and execution of fundraising and organizational events.
