Provide on-site peer support to individuals in mental health and addiction crises using lived experience. Teach and reinforce coping skills, recovery strategies, and wellness tools. Deliver immediate assistance in community settings and collaborate with therapists and crisis team members to support recovery and safety.

The RN will provide nursing care, assess client needs, monitor medications, and support clients with mental illness and substance use in a community setting.

Provide patient-centered medical support in a behavioral health clinic: take vitals, perform screenings and urine drug screens, assist with labs/imaging, transcribe medication orders, support medication management and injections, coordinate with pharmacies/insurers, follow up on results, maintain documentation and regulatory compliance, and help maintain a safe clinical environment.
