Validate generator models, conduct stability and protection studies, assist with NERC audits and grid event analysis, develop automation scripts, prepare engineering reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to support reliability and interconnection activities.

Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, dashboards, and corporate data architecture for Sales, Finance, HR, and software teams. Improve data quality, automate processes, create AI agents, port dashboards to new architectures, and collaborate with engineering to scale data solutions.

Lead LinkedIn content and audience engagement, manage podcast operations and content calendar, repurpose long-form assets into social clips, partner with executives on thought leadership, and track analytics to optimize reach and engagement across platforms.

Perform NERC compliance engineering analyses and bulk power system studies using tools like PSS/e, PSCAD, ETAP. Determine applicable standards, support Compliance Managers on evaluations and corrective actions, track timelines, engage clients, review studies for emerging technologies (inverters, BESS), maintain data, coach junior staff, and drive small team/process improvements.

Support the Compliance & Risk team delivering compliance services for client portfolios: onboarding, client meetings, drafting and reviewing monthly compliance and risk reports, managing filings and audits, interfacing with O&M providers/EPCs/engineers, following SOPs, and assisting problem resolution.

Support portfolio management and compliance for operating renewable assets (solar, wind, BESS).
