Leads the Compliance & Risk team supporting NERC-registered renewable energy projects. Oversees regulatory filings, project registrations, audits, stakeholder meetings, compliance workflows, budgets, staffing, and cross-functional initiatives. Manages and mentors employees, supports business development, improves processes, and ensures delivery against schedules and performance requirements. The role requires substantial NERC compliance and renewable energy experience, strong project and people management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF tools.

Support technical asset management for solar projects by tracking O&M responses, monitoring performance, managing tickets, maintaining asset data in Lens, reviewing monthly reports and data, assisting technical onboarding, and driving resolution of performance issues while documenting process improvements.

Monitor OT networks for threats, assist incident response, manage user provisioning and backups, perform vulnerability scans and log reviews, support SOC/NOC ticketing and MSP/MSSP obligations, and maintain/administrate power generation IT/OT systems (Windows, network/security hardware, SQL/historians, SEL).

Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines and data architecture for renewable-asset systems. Collaborate with data science teams, validate data quality, unify microservice-based systems, and support data warehousing and lakehouse implementations in cloud environments.

Perform bookkeeping and GAAP-compliant journal entries, generate financial reports, and execute recurring operational tasks (bank wires, reconciliations, sales tax filings). Support entity compliance with legal and debt agreements (DSCR calculations, withdrawal certificates) and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage NERC compliance activities and regulatory filings for registered renewable projects. Coordinate project registration during construction, lead stakeholder meetings, and supervise Compliance Analyst workflow. Ensure adherence to NERC Reliability Standards and support Generator Owner/Operator compliance programs.

Support portfolio management for operating renewable assets (solar, wind, BESS): ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, track performance and financials, manage documents and reporting, coordinate with technical/O&M teams and stakeholders, and use Lens to drive workflow and reporting.

The Salesforce Administrator will support Sales Operations, conduct cross-functional analysis, and enhance Salesforce configurations and workflows for renewable energy projects.
