Supports compliance records, reporting, audits, evidence reviews, business control assessments, policy maintenance, regulatory monitoring, and corrective actions. Reviews technical and contractual documents including SLDs, PPAs, EPC and O&M agreements, permits, and regulatory filings. Collaborates with engineering teams, prepares monthly reports, updates compliance cost models, and contributes to process improvements for renewable energy projects.

Supports management and compliance of renewable energy portfolios containing solar, wind, and BESS assets. Responsibilities include tracking project performance, preparing analytical and financial reports, administering contracts and documents, coordinating regulatory filings, monitoring billing and revenue, supporting stakeholders and O&M teams, updating procedures, leading small projects, and resolving routine issues.

Perform NERC compliance engineering analyses and bulk power system studies using tools like PSS/e, PSCAD, ETAP. Determine applicable standards, support Compliance Managers on evaluations and corrective actions, track timelines, engage clients, review studies for emerging technologies (inverters, BESS), maintain data, coach junior staff, and drive small team/process improvements.
