Supports renewable-energy technical projects through procurement, vendor coordination, remote-site logistics, hardware and software tracking, license renewals, documentation, scheduling, and project-status management. Maintains operational systems and records, develops standard operating procedures, researches unfamiliar topics, supports installation and delivery activities, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent problem-solving, and comfort working with technical teams and workflow tools.

Leads performance engineering and technical asset management for utility-scale BESS projects. Oversees contracts, budgets, schedules, cross-functional teams, technology services, operational performance, availability, degradation analysis, warranty reviews, contract compliance, invoicing validation, and technical issue resolution. Manages and mentors personnel, drives process improvements, coordinates with OEMs and stakeholders, and supports strategic initiatives across renewable energy services.

Leads the Compliance & Risk team supporting NERC-registered renewable energy projects. Oversees regulatory filings, project registrations, audits, stakeholder meetings, compliance workflows, budgets, staffing, and cross-functional initiatives. Manages and mentors employees, supports business development, improves processes, and ensures delivery against schedules and performance requirements. The role requires substantial NERC compliance and renewable energy experience, strong project and people management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF tools.
