Lead all Marysville plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality, and profitable production. Build a high-performing team, manage production, maintenance, quality, shipping/receiving, P&L, budgets, and continuous improvement using SQDCG and lean principles.

The Account Manager will grow relationships with manufacturing customers in the Southeast U.S., drive sales growth, and manage territory development. Responsibilities include consultative selling, opportunity management, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
