Manage and optimize Radformation's international distributor network (40+ partners). Recruit, vet, contract, onboard, certify, enable, and performance-manage distributors. Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors, sales ops, and knowledge teams to drive revenue, execute corrective plans, support regulatory/market-entry activities, participate in conferences, and assist on key opportunities and tenders. Travel up to 40% to run in-person distributor meetings and events.

Sell Radformation's radiation oncology software across Southern Europe through new business acquisition, account retention and expansion. Manage distributor relationships and public tenders, run demos and trial installs, gather customer feedback for product fit, and maintain strong clinical relationships. Track pipeline and coordinate between customers, distributors, and support. Travel required (~50%).

Manage QA for QuickCode by testing releases, validating product accuracy, troubleshooting with Success and Support, documenting tests, and providing feedback to Product and Engineering to improve clinical billing workflows and user experience.

The Regional Account Manager will promote and sell Radformation's software solutions to radiation oncology clinics, modernizing workflows and enhancing patient care. Responsibilities include cold outreach, product demos, maintaining client relationships, and managing sales operations through a CRM.

Design, develop, and optimize adaptive radiotherapy desktop software: DICOM integration and networking, 3D image processing, deformable registration, coordinate transforms, dose visualization and DVH evaluation. Build performant WPF applications under near real-time constraints, integrate with oncology systems, collaborate with physicists and product, contribute to architecture, testing, code reviews, and mentor teammates.
