Manage sales and growth across Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa by acquiring new customers, retaining and expanding existing accounts, collaborating with distributors, responding to public tenders, and collecting customer feedback to guide regional product fit.

Manage and optimize Radformation's international distributor network (40+ partners). Recruit, vet, contract, onboard, certify, enable, and performance-manage distributors. Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors, sales ops, and knowledge teams to drive revenue, execute corrective plans, support regulatory/market-entry activities, participate in conferences, and assist on key opportunities and tenders. Travel up to 40% to run in-person distributor meetings and events.
