Manage QA for QuickCode by testing releases, validating product accuracy, troubleshooting with Success and Support, documenting tests, and providing feedback to Product and Engineering to improve clinical billing workflows and user experience.

Lead and scale Radformation’s international sales organization across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Develop market strategy, channel partnerships, pricing, and headcount; own bookings, pipeline, forecasting, and ARR growth. Hire, coach, and manage international sales leaders; coordinate with Regulatory, Product, Marketing, Success, and Support; prioritize global regulatory submissions; gather regional product feedback and drive clinical evidence and KOL initiatives. Represent the company at trade shows, demos, and webinars.

Lead EMEA commercial growth by developing and executing sales and distributor strategies, owning bookings and pipeline, recruiting and managing regional sales teams, driving market expansion, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Travel across EMEA to support customers, distributors, conferences, and business development.
