Configures, customizes, integrates, tests, and deploys ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. Gathers business requirements, builds workflows, connects ServiceNow with other tools through Integration Hub, and communicates with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Designs and maintains batch and streaming data pipelines using Databricks, AWS, Python or Scala, SQL, and orchestration tools. The role covers data quality, governance, cataloging, lineage, API integration, and regulated pharma data environments. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical specifications, partnering across pharma functions, presenting to executives, prioritizing data initiatives, supporting adoption, and building new data domains. The engineer also applies warehousing, dimensional modeling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination practices.

Build and maintain AWS and Databricks Lakehouse data pipelines for healthcare real-world data and HEOR analytics. Develop data models, ensure governance and quality, optimize cloud performance and costs, and implement monitoring, observability, CI/CD, and orchestration practices. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, provide technical guidance, document solutions, deliver training, and report progress to senior leadership.

Analyzes large pharma datasets using Databricks, AWS, Spark, and SQL to answer business questions and support decisions. Builds reports, dashboards, and visualizations; validates data quality; gathers requirements from business stakeholders; presents findings; and collaborates with data engineers on data gaps and pipeline issues. Applies pharma domain knowledge to commercial, clinical, or research-related reporting needs.

Develop statistical and machine learning models using large-scale pharma datasets in Databricks, AWS, Spark, Python, and SQL. Engineer features, build ETL pipelines, validate and monitor models, and collaborate with data engineers and analysts to productionize outputs. Partner with pharma business groups to frame analytical problems and communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
