Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for direct-client W2 roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate and client relationship management, offer negotiation, and timely job closure. The recruiter will maintain strong submission-to-hire ratios, stay current on technology and market trends, and consistently meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Partners with business units to discover processes and challenges, identify and prioritize AI and GenAI opportunities, and translate them into use cases and requirements. Facilitates stakeholder workshops, maps current and future processes, defines user stories, KPIs, and value measures, and coordinates with data and AI engineering teams through UAT and adoption. Communicates business impact to executives and supports expanding client engagements.

Build enterprise GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, document ingestion, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, reranking, APIs, and microservices. Evaluate and monitor AI quality, grounding, security, and governance. Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and explain solutions clearly. The role is client-facing and requires local Indianapolis candidates able to work onsite or hybrid.
