The RADCO Companies® is a nationally recognized real estate industry leader and innovator. The Atlanta-based opportunistic real estate firm has a national platform. RADCO was formed in 1994, when it acquired what is now known as The Four Seasons Hotel, Office, and Condominium Tower in Atlanta, Georgia.

In 2011, The RADCO Companies focused on multifamily investments with mark-to-market and value-added opportunities due to their attractive risk-adjusted returns. In 2015, The RADCO Companies launched its in-house property management firm. RADCO Residential manages all RADCO Companies multifamily properties and provides management services for third-party multifamily owners.

In 2021, RADCO’s new hotel division was launched in response to the pandemic’s operational and capital markets disruptions in the hospitality sector. The new hotel division expands RADCO’s investment capabilities and complements its existing multifamily, capital, and third-party management platforms. RADCO is actively seeking out hospitality assets that are in line with the company’s overall opportunistic investment strategy, according to CEO Norman Radow.

The RADCO Companies has a 27-year history acquiring and investing in opportunistic real estate across all asset classes. The firm’s investment strategy targets underperforming assets that offer immediate mark-to-market opportunities, as well as assets requiring capital infusion to add value. RADCO seeks out well-located assets that have limited access to institutional debt or equity capital.
