Provides short-term crisis intervention, therapy, assessments, treatment planning, case management, and family support for youth with intellectual, developmental, and mental health needs. Coordinates services across home, school, and community settings, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, completes required documentation, participates in clinical supervision, and joins an on-call rotation to respond promptly to referrals.

Maintains donation and donor databases, processes gifts, generates reports, combines data sources, and translates fundraising patterns into actionable insights. Produces acknowledgements, reminders, mailing lists, newsletters, and internal communications. Coordinates meetings, manages calendars and records, supports fundraising events, and handles related administrative tasks. The role requires strong data entry, communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to explain data clearly to nontechnical audiences.

Own day-to-day operation, security, and reliability of a Windows-based hybrid-cloud environment across approximately 30 locations. Responsibilities include Active Directory and Entra ID administration, Microsoft 365, server and endpoint management, security hardening, networking, virtualization, patching, monitoring, PowerShell automation, backups, disaster recovery, documentation, change management, and escalation support.
