Owns day-to-day operation, security, and reliability of a Windows-based hybrid-cloud environment across approximately 30 locations. Responsibilities include Active Directory and Entra ID administration, Microsoft 365, server and endpoint management, security hardening, network infrastructure, virtualization, monitoring, PowerShell automation, backup and disaster recovery, documentation, change management, and escalation support. The role is hybrid onsite/remote in Ithaca, New York.
