Manage complex workplace investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations and redundancies. Ensure compliance with employment law, modern awards and enterprise agreements. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Advisory, Learning and OD to deliver HR solutions, drive a values-based high-performance culture, and analyse people metrics to inform workforce planning.

Lead end-to-end transactional finance activities (AP, AR, banking, credit cards, accounts racing). Ensure accurate, compliant processing, mentor team members, liaise with stakeholders, and support system enhancements, automation and process improvements.

Produce video, motion graphics and graphic design assets for TABtouch across digital, social and broadcast. Shoot and edit video, create motion titles/overlays, adapt templates, apply brand guidelines, maintain asset workflows, and collaborate with marketing to deliver platform-ready creative.

Lead and oversee training and development programs across thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing. Manage apprentice jockey and driver development, review licensing and welfare-aligned education, maintain RTO compliance and risk systems, liaise with stakeholders, support HR processes for apprentices, and develop training resources and pathways to address industry skill gaps.
