Provide practical WHS guidance and support across the organisation: conduct risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations; develop and review WHS policies and training; support injury management and return-to-work processes; contribute to WHS governance, continuous improvement and safety-related projects across multi-site environments.

Plan and deliver segmented customer lifecycle and retention campaigns using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Execute targeted EDM, SMS and social communications, optimise campaign performance and automation, maintain CRM data governance, and ensure compliance with Responsible Wagering and AML/CTF obligations while managing stakeholders and budgets.

Manage end-to-end payroll for fortnightly runs, lead and mentor payroll team, ensure legislative compliance, oversee payroll systems, reporting, reconciliations, and continuous improvement.
